Refunds and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled for Jatra plans and paid services.

This Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and paid services offered by CrazyEngineers Technologies Private Limited through Jatra.

By purchasing a paid plan or service, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription cancellation

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time from account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops renewal for the next billing cycle.
  • Access continues until the current paid period ends, unless otherwise stated in your plan.
  • Unused time in an active billing period is generally not prorated or refunded.

2. Refund eligibility

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may review and approve refunds in limited cases at our discretion.

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Verified technical issues that prevent meaningful use and cannot be reasonably resolved.
  • Other situations required by applicable law.

3. Free trials

  • If your plan includes a trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • Charges after trial conversion are treated as standard subscription payments.

4. Annual and discounted plans

Annual or discounted subscriptions are not eligible for partial or prorated refunds once the term starts, unless required by applicable law.

5. One-time services and custom work

Fees for migration assistance, implementation support, strategy calls, or custom development are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Account suspension or termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms, unused subscription amounts are not eligible for refund.

7. Payment processors

Refunds approved by Jatra are returned via the original payment method where possible. Final settlement timelines depend on the payment provider and banking network.

8. How to request a refund review

Send request details to support@jatra.club, including account email, charge date, and reason for request. We review requests case by case.

We may update this policy. Any updates will be published on this page with the latest revision date.
