- Can we start on Launch and upgrade later?
- Yes. Most teams start on Launch and move to Growth once traffic, support load, or content output grows. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual billing locks in lower monthly pricing. Launch is $249/mo when billed annually ($2,988 upfront) and Growth is $350/mo when billed annually ($4,200 upfront). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
- What counts as a pageview in the usage limits?
- Any human request to a community page — discussions, articles, category pages, profiles, and search result pages. Bot and crawler traffic is excluded from the count. You can monitor usage in the community analytics dashboard.
- What happens if I exceed the monthly limits?
- We never cut off your community mid-month. You will get a usage notice and a friendly note from us. If you consistently exceed the limits of your plan, we will help you upgrade to a plan that fits. Storage overages are billed at a transparent per-GB rate.
- Do you offer discounts for non-profits, educators, or early-stage startups?
- Yes. Reach out with a short description of the organization and the community you want to build. Discounts apply to Launch and Growth annual plans.
- Can you help us migrate from an existing forum or community?
- Yes. We support migrations from Discourse, phpBB, Circle, Slack, Discord exports, and custom databases. Growth and Enterprise plans include a scoped migration plan with content redirects so your search equity carries over.
- Do you provide onboarding support?
- Launch includes self-serve setup with documentation and async support. Growth includes two 1:1 founder working sessions covering structure, content strategy, and launch sequencing. Enterprise includes a dedicated onboarding partner.
- Do you sign DPAs and support SSO?
- DPAs are available on Growth (scoped add-on) and included on Enterprise. SSO via SAML and SCIM provisioning are Enterprise features. Security questionnaires are handled as part of the Enterprise scoping conversation.
- Where is our data stored and who can access it?
- Data is stored in secure, region-specified cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to a small set of engineers under audit. Enterprise plans can pin data to a specific region or deploy in a dedicated private cloud environment.
- Can we discuss enterprise requirements before procurement?
- Absolutely. Book a call and we will map scope, security needs, procurement workflow, and rollout timeline. Most enterprise engagements start with a 30-minute scoping call and a written proposal within a week.
- How do I cancel or change plans?
- Cancel anytime from your workspace settings. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans stop at renewal — we do not issue partial refunds, but you keep full access until the term ends.
- What kind of support is included?
- Launch gets email support with a 24-hour response window. Growth gets email and chat with a 2-hour response window during business days. Enterprise gets a dedicated success partner and an SLA with guaranteed response times.
