This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and services provided by CrazyEngineers Technologies Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Jatra platform (“Service” or “Platform”). Please read this Policy carefully before subscribing to or using our Service.

1. Overview

Purpose: This Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are available for users of the Jatra platform.

Scope: This Policy applies to all paid Subscription Plans offered by the Company, including monthly and annual billing cycles.

2. Free Trials

Free Trial Period: We currently offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No payment information is required during the free trial period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Automatic Conversion to Paid Plan: At the end of the free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

3. Cancellation Policy

Self-Service Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard. Instructions for cancellation are available on the Support Page.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your access to paid features will cease, and you will no longer be billed.

Reactivation: If you wish to reactivate a canceled subscription, you may do so at any time by resubscribing through your account dashboard. Reactivation will restart the billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

General Rule: Refunds are generally not issued for subscription fees once the service has been accessed or utilized, as our Service is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued in special circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues or service disruptions that prevent you from using the Service for an extended period.
  • Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges).
  • Other cases at the sole discretion of CrazyEngineers Technologies Private Limited.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at support@jatra.com. Include your account details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with your subscription are non-refundable.

Unused Portions: Partially used subscription periods are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Changes to the Policy

Notification of Changes: We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Updated Policies become effective once posted on this page.
