By purchasing or using a paid plan or service, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.

2. Refund policy

We aim to be fair and transparent with refunds. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

2.1 Free trials

If your subscription includes a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Charges made after a trial ends are not eligible for refunds.

2.2 Paid subscriptions

Payments for paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Technical issues that prevent meaningful use of the Service and cannot be reasonably resolved.

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Annual and discounted plans

Annual subscriptions or plans purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for partial or prorated refunds once the billing period has started, except where required by law.

4. Add-on services and migration assistance

Fees paid for one-time services such as migration assistance, setup help, consulting, or custom work are non-refundable once the service has begun.

If a service has not yet started, refunds may be considered at our discretion.

5. Account termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

6. Payment processors

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
