Log In with Magic Link

Before You Start

• Open your community login page.
• Use the email address linked to your community account.
• Keep your inbox open so you can use the link quickly.

Step 1: Use the Magic Link Section

1. On the login page, find `Login with magic link`.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click `Receive magic link`.

Step 2: Open the Link from Email

1. Check your inbox for the magic link email.
2. Open the email and click the sign-in link.
3. You will be signed in to your community.

Troubleshooting

• No email yet: wait a minute and check spam/promotions.
• Link did not work: request a new magic link and use the latest email.
• Wrong account opens: request the link again using the correct email address.

Expected Result

You can sign in without typing a password by using a one-time secure link.
