Quick Checklist Before You Contact Support

  • Refresh the page once and retry the same action.
  • Confirm you are signed in to the correct account.
  • Check that required fields are filled.
  • Try from a different browser tab.

Common Issues: Launch and Access

  • Cannot launch community: check required fields and URL availability.
  • Launch appears slow: wait for setup to complete, then refresh Dashboard.
  • Cannot sign in: verify email/password and retry.

Common Issues: Channels and Posting

  • Cannot post in a channel: channel may be restricted by admin settings.
  • Cannot open a private channel: you may not be on the allowed member list.
  • Image upload fails: reduce file size and try again.

Current Known Limits

  • Each account can launch up to 3 communities.
  • Channel and post permissions depend on your role in that community.
  • Some features are role-based and may not appear for all users.

How to Contact Support

  1. Open the support/contact link from the platform or KB footer.
  2. Share what you were trying to do in one sentence.
  3. Attach one screenshot of the issue screen.
  4. Include the community URL and the time the issue happened.
